Both are necessary for creativity and innovation to occur and are pivotal for individuals and organizations in staying ahead in today’s fast paced, ever changing economic landscape. Rene; Murata is a feminine leadership coach working with men and women in understanding how to balance both their masculine AND feminine energies in order to bring about more balance in both their workplace and home. Rene’ first started her career as a consultant providing technical expertise in regulatory compliance in the hazardous chemicals industries working with process safety compliance in multiple industries, a passion she continues to support today. After working for another consulting firm she realized the need for a different type of management amongst companies in the process safety and hazardous chemicals world. It was from this realization that she started Risk Integrity Safety Knowledge. When she first began her own firm, she began to play with her management style, first experimenting with a more traditional approach to management, then shifting to a more intuitive practice and finally landing on a compassionate, collaborative style. She then began working with other women who wanted to step into their power and express themselves more fully in the working environment. Realizing that compassionate leadership is something truly powerful, she started CEO Essence.
