– interim chaplain at a multi-level retirement community;
– in a team ministry with her husband at a large rural congregation

Retired from full-time ministry in 2014 to pursue coaching with faith leaders and congregations and to develop a mastermind group with female faith leaders (this is still in the works). Kathleen continues to fill in for other pastors on some Sunday mornings.
